Overview
Precision equipment and electronic equipment consume power and generate heat at the same time. If the heat generated by this equipment causes the entire machine to overheat, it may cause damage to the electronic equipment or equipment failure. As a result, the impact of overheating is significant, potentially leading to not only the shutdown of the equipment but also the entire production system. Condensation and freezing due to low temperatures can also affect the operation of the equipment.
Proper temperature control using fans is essential to prevent such issues caused by heat and humidity.
Types and Main Application Examples
Axial Flow Fan : For ventilation and cooling, drying, air flow
A fan that uses wing blades (propellers) to generate wind in the direction of its axis rotation.
Because of its large air flow, it is suitable for ventilation and cooling to cool the entire inside of the equipment.
A wide range of products are available to meet various needs, including alarm functions and long life.

Cooling Medium and Low Density Mounted Equipment
The large air flow of axial flow fans is suitable for ventilation and cooling inside electronic equipment.

Cooling High-Density Mounted Equipment
When the blowing resistance inside the equipment is large, using a large fan with large air flow and high static pressure will save energy and wiring rather than using multiple small fans for cooling.

Centrifugal Blower : For spot cooling and duct air flow
Since the exhaust outlet is narrowed to focus air to a specified direction, these centrifugal blowers are used for spot cooling. The static pressure is also high, which makes them a suitable choice when cooling equipment through which air cannot flow easily or for air flow using a duct.

Air-Blow Cooling and Drying
Centrifugal blowers with high static pressures are suitable for the spray cooling of load following heat treatment.

Cooling With High Static Pressure
The high static pressure of centrifugal blowers makes them suitable for cooling used together with filters that are subject to significant pressure losses.

Cross Flow Fan : For uniform and wide air flow
It can send out a wide, uniform air flow.
In addition, the compact rectangular shape and right-angle wind-bending feature of the unit allows for effective use of space, such as installation in a corner of the equipment.
It is suitable for applications such as uniform cooling of circuit boards mounted in equipment, and for air curtains.

Uniform Cooling and Drying
Cross flow fans are suitable for the air-blow cooling of wide areas.

Cooling a Narrow, Thin Space
It is suitable for air flow cooling of narrow and elongated space (the corner of the equipment) such as the area where electronic equipment is installed.

Thermostat : Automatic Operation and Stopping of Fans and Heaters
Thermostat (Thermostat for fan/Thermostat for heater)
Automatically turns the fan or heater ON and OFF in accordance with the temperature fluctuation inside the equipment.
This helps improve the equipment's "environmental" performance relative to energy savings, noise reduction, etc.

Automatic Operation and Stop at Setting Temperature
Automatically switches between operation and stop when the temperature inside the equipment reaches the setting temperature of the thermostat.
