Q.Do cooling fans come with any notification system for when they have stopped?

Oriental Motor's axial flow fans feature a built-in alarm circuit that alerts users of abnormalities like the fan's air flow capacity deteriorating or the fan stopping.

(1) Low-Speed Alarm

An alarm is output when the cooling fan rotation speed drops due to a service life of the fan or the ingress of foreign particles.
As it can detect when the rotation speed drops, it is possible to order and replace cooling fans before they stop.

(2) Fans with Stall Sensors

An alarm is output when the cooling fan stops.
It quickly detects failure-related stoppages so that the cooling fan can be replaced.
