Wide Speed Control Range From Low Speed to High Speed

A wide range of speed control is possible, from 100^* to 4000 r/min (speed ratio 1:40).

• *Expandable from 80 to 4000 r/min (speed ratio 1:50) by using the OPX-2A control module (sold separately) or MEXE02 support software.

Compact yet Powerful

Flat and high power, contributing to equipment downsizing.
When compared to a three-phase induction motor with a frame size of 90 mm, the BLE Series standard type is 75 mm shorter in overall length, while output power is 1.3 times greater.

Excellent Speed Stability

The speed regulation (load) is ±0.5 %^*.
Even in applications where load conditions change, the system can be driven at a stable speed in all speed ranges from low to high.

Effective in Saving Energy

Brushless motors are highly efficient because the use of permanent magnets reduces secondary losses in the rotor.
If inverter-controlled three-phase motors are replaced with the BLE Series, power consumption can be reduced by approximately 23 %.
The speed control motor is effective for energy savings for equipment.

Vertical Operation + Speed Control is Possible (Electromagnetic brake motor^*)

A BLE Series electromagnetic brake motor enables stable speed control even during vertical operation (gravitational operation). Of course, it can be used not only for vertical operation but also for load holding applications in horizontal operation.

• *The product line comes with an electromagnetic brake for each output power.

Motor Output Torque Limiting (Using OPX-2A and MEXE02)

The output torque of the motor can be reduced. Settings must be made using the OPX-2A control module (sold separately) or MEXE02 support software.

Up to 8 Types of Multi-Speed Operation (Using OPX-2A or MEXE02)

By using the OPX-2A control module (Sold separately) or the MEXE02 support software, up to 8 types of multi-speed operation are possible. Speed setting in 1 r/min units as well as separate setting of the acceleration and deceleration time are possible.

Digital Setting, Digital Display (Using OPX-2A or MEXE02)

In addition to digital setting of operation data, rotation speed, load factor, alarm code, etc. can be displayed digitally. (The rotation speed can also be displayed as the speed of the gearhead output shaft.)
