Q.I am using the NETC02-CC with the command fixation method, but the position data setting is not reflected. What are the possible causes?

The following are possible causes.

WR-REQ is not ON
To set the operation data using the command fixation method, WR-REQ of the remote I/O must be turned ON.
Please make sure that both WR-REQ input and RWREQ-SEL output are set to ON when writing.

The remote I/O status can be checked using the remote I/O monitor of the support software MEXE02.

The extended cyclic setting is not appropriate
The extended cyclic setting is used to determine the number of drivers connected and the number of remote register words.
Confirm that the configuration values are appropriate for the actual number of connections and the required number of words remote register.

Q457. I have four drivers connected to a NETC02-CC and I am using a 16-word arrangement with Command Fixation Method. The position data settings could be configured for address number 0 and 1, but not address number 2 and 3. What are the possible causes?

Register address for setting position data is not appropriate
When using the command fixation method, the register addresses are automatically assigned according to the address number and word arrangement settings^*. Please double-check if the address you are writing to is correct.

The technical support tool "NETC02-CC address calculator" is useful for confirming the register address.
